“Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. I think the housekeeping staff does not realize this latching issue so it wasn’t latched closed when they finished. This is partially……

“Hotel was fine. Went up there for a softball tournament. Got rained out and cancelled. Tried to get the hotel to refund my second night because I literally had to go back home. They refunded many people's but not mine even with the help of Expedia ”

“The good reviews for this property are solicited by staff upon check-in. We were enticed to leave a good review in exchange for free drinks at the bar. We don’t drink, so you’ll get an accurate review. We did not get the room we booked. We booked the deluxe multiple bed room with a king and queen bed and received the double queen standard room. Room was dated and not at all clean. Shower/tub combo had mildew and stains. The corners of the floor of bathroom were gross. The one bed had hair on……

“We only stayed one night but our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel is clean & has good amenities. Front desk staff made us aware of ongoing construction and asked if if we'd like to put on a higher floor to avoid the noise. Area around hotel is nice, lots of shopping, dining, options and it's within walking distance of the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino ”

“Site advertises the room with a King includes a sitting area (couch). However, it does not include a couch or other sitting chairs as they have moved all of it to their suites. Just a really large open space with two ottomans next to bed.”

“I was greatly impressed with this property. The staff was awesome and had all needed amenities. Only drawbacks was a dirty room ac filter and a bathroom drain plug that didn’t work. Was still a very pleasant one night stay. Many thanks to all! ”

“Don’t request a room away from the elevator and ice machine. Staff will then give you a room BY the elevator and the ice machine. Toilet was clogged in the evening, housekeeper knocked in the early a.m. Location was great. breakfast was decent. Special request ignored. ”
