The property has good staff, but they're disorganized. The check-in lines are a disaster; people who arrive last are served before those already in line. There's no snack for those waiting in that ridiculous line, and they go without anything to eat until dinner. I was starving, even though I booked three rooms for nine people, including children. Even the kids said they didn't like the line, the food, or the lack of variety. The hotel seems to think only Latinos go to the resort, but breakfast, lunch, and dinner need to be varied to suit all cultures. The room had unwashed sheets that were incredibly itchy; my children and I were going crazy and didn't know what to do. The evening show was rubbish because there were no chairs to sit on. The show consisted of 4 or 5 women dancing and 3 men shaking their butts, so it wasn't interesting like other resorts that offer variety in their shows and chairs for the audience. The towels were all crumpled and looked dirty, and the bathroom was dirty and the lights as well cut for a certain time causing me and my children in distress and when I was going to check out and I stated to the person that was checking me in that I was going to do a late check in but they apparently forget because they locked my out of the room and I almost lost most of my items the. After that I had to go to the check in to get in my room available for me.i don’t like the experience in this resort.
