“Ese era mi Risor favorito pero en este último viaje la recepción estuvo malísima el personal de recepción me trató muy mal tuve que esperar en una fila tres horas y media , las habitaciones terrible piso mojado , manchado y olía horrible, la bañera oxidada por todas partes , la TV no funcionaba , el bufete un desastre , ojo el personal de los bares me trató muy bn y los camareros , eso fue lo único bueno , pero luego de eso fue una mala experiencia”

“The property overall is beautiful. The pool and the swim up bar is cool. The staff there were very friendly. The only thing the rooms need a little upgrading. The food was good and the drinks too. I loved how the beach is only a walk distance.”

“The room we was provided with was in bad conditions, toilet didn't flush properly the sink faucet was clogged no water was barely coming out and the AC was not working properly either. My boyfriend had to call reception 5 times before someone came to fix some of the issues and it took 2 hrs before someone finally came.
