“Bluebay Villas is a nice resort in POP. Negative: When we got there the personnel could have been more amicable. Also we booked three rooms and on the third day and the administration sent us a letter stating that we needed to move from our rooms basically because they needed to do some repairs which I didn't buy it. I refused and told them we were willing to give our rooms but asked for full refund. After that we were got to keep our rooms. We went there to relax not to stress……

“Las habitaciones deterioradas un día el detector de humo se cayó por poco me cae ensima la limpieza horrible las piscinas no tiene bares cerca la comida nones buena el restaurant italiano malo , un incidente en la tienda de la entrada pregunté un precio y la dependienta una Sra de color me trató muy mal parece que no era su día no recomendaría al hotel ni volvería”

“We stayed for a few days here, the staff was amazing and food quality was better than other resorts I'd visited. I traveled here with my family and they really enjoyed the pool and the bed at the beach. Just one minor complain, they really need to stay on top of cleaning the pool. Aside from that, amazing time!”
