I had a negative experience with one of the front desk attendants who was rude and unprofessional when I asked for a late check out which she said would be ok. Housekeeping did not get the message and were concerned when I was still in the room at the typical check out time and they turned off my key card prior to my late check out. The other staff I encountered were lovely and the building and rooms were comfortable and well maintained.
