“The house is beautiful and in a lovley area. Everything was spotless and communication with the landlord was great. I'm sure we had a bottle of wine waiting for us on our previous visit but this was sadly missed on this occasion. Despite this we will definitely be visiting again 😁 Thank you x”

“Clean, cosy room and really lovely staff, I didn’t have the breakfast but I did have a roast and it was fantastic. Will definitely stay again when I need to visit family ”

“My second stay here. Good base for visiting the surrounding area, short walk to the town for lots of eating and drinking options. Hotel restaurant has a good, varied menu. Nice big hardstanding car park, staff friendly and helpful. Good size room. Plenty of storage. ”

“Room was clean, a good size and well appointed. There is no airconditioning though and when we stayed it was quite warm and uncomfortable to sleep. A fan is provided however it is loud. It was disappointing be informed at check-in and not at any point earlier that the gym is £20 more. Lots of parking and the staff are nice too. ”

“There is a very good service. Although my original room has no electricity, they let me have a suite room. Their cooked breakfast is very delicious, especially the smoked salmon.”

“Fantastic communication from the outset. Easily found and right next door to The Mayflower public house so after a long journey there’s no further travelling to do to get an evening meal. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning. Good heating system, great bed, powerful shower, all in all with all of the other attentions to detail a great stay, very highly recommended.”

“Was given the key to an occupied room so walked in on a half naked lady. Tv aerial defect had to play around to so aerial stayed in tv. Shower amenties poor ”
