“Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about……

“ This hotel was great for our family of four. Our plane didn’t land until 12 am and so we had contacted our the hotel to let them know around 3 pm that day. When we arrived at midnight it was very tough to wake up the staff and they were not prepared for us. They gave us two rooms even though we didn’t need two rooms. Yet that very next morning it was already sorted out before we woke up! They had our right room ready and we’re wanting to move us immediately. My husband and I went to walk……

“Short review: I booked in for one night and stayed for six. Longer review: The location is fabulous if you want be in the heart of the city. Yes, it can be a touch noisy during the day but don’t let that put you off. The room was perfectly fine for my needs (safe, secure, comfortable bed, clean sheets and a really good shower). The rooftop restaurant is the star of the show; having a meal or just something to drink up there is a great experience. The food is excellent*. There is a bar and this……
