“Bellissima struttura nuova ed elegante”

“What a charming place. I just loved it! It is a dream! Lots of green areas, parking is a plus, the place is ancient, but is very well kept! The outside is so charming. The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly. We had dinner there one night and food is fantastic. Their Chianti wine is so good! And the best was when I was leaving and Signore Antonio spend some precious minutes chatting……

“The room was great and the location could not have been better! My friend and I ran the Pisa Marathon, and the start/finish line was so close to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious each morning! But most of all, the staff could not have been more helpful, from letting my friend borrow a charger to giving us directions back to the train station, they were always so pleasant and patient with our every need! I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Duomo to anyone looking for a clean and……

“The location is great if you travel mainly by train. Hotel is a old school one, but it is clear and feel safe. The only thing we have concern is the stair to the escalator and to the lobby, which might be a problem if you have a big luaggae. ”

“Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!! ”
