“Property was clean, in a great location, and the bed was comfortable. The are no on site staff but was able to get information remotely timely. Parking on the street is a little bit of challenge as you don’t have any reserved spaces. First time doing a remote staffed room rent location, so it just felt different. The value for price was solid.”

“When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on.
