We stayed as a multigenerational family of nine—adult children with spouses and three kids—and the resort handled it effortlessly. From check-in to checkout, the operation is tight, professional, and built for families who want both energy and comfort. The property itself is expansive, immaculately maintained, and intelligently designed. There’s enough variety that everyone finds their lane—kids stay engaged, adults relax, and no one feels boxed in. That’s not easy to execute at this size, but Baha Mar gets it right. The water activities were a standout. Jet skiing was pure adrenaline and a definite crowd-pleaser across generations. The boat tour and snorkeling were equally impressive—well organized, safe, and genuinely enjoyable, not the usual tourist filler. Clear waters, great guides, and memorable moments all around. What really seals the deal is how family-friendly the resort is without feeling chaotic. Staff are polished, responsive, and clearly trained to manage large groups smoothly. You feel taken care of without being hovered over. This is old-school hospitality executed with modern scale and ambition. The room had a water leak from the air conditioner that made me slip and delayed the start of my vacation due to maintenance having to come in to assess the situation. Curtains were stuck and not the cleanliness. Balcony door stuck and even maintenance had issues with opening it. Cockroach was found in the room. And the thermostat was so outdated or just working so poorly that myself, a friend, and even a housekeeper I asked for assistance could not work the thing to adjust the temperature so my only options were to have the ac on or off unfortunately. Staff was kind. But I need to discuss compensation due to the place not being worth the price at all.

Beautiful place,amazing staff, transportation whenever you needed it by asking the front desk, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance, quiet we had the beach to ourselves some days, my only complaints were the phone in the room did not work,the shower was a bit small and the bed wasnt the comiest bed ever but I can live with that considering all the good things. Will definitely go back one day.

Hotel is luxury,quiet rooms are beautiful! The staff here was so welcoming always made sure we was good. Will definitely be back
