"we reserve 2 rooms for a wedding, one for the bride and one for me as the groom, we arrived at 2am to check in and when we got to the bride's room the door wouldn't open, we went to the reception and they changed the key and when we got in it didn't work. security came to open it for us because the door was locked from the inside. in the end we got in even though the bride was already afraid to sleep in the room which had a locked door from the inside. it was 3am before the situation with the room was resolved. When we entered the room it smelled strongly of marijuana. we went back to the reception to ask for another room. from the 1st floor they sent us to the 11th floor. when we asked to compensate us for all the time lost they said we would be contacted by email, after a week no one contacted us."
