Palaces in Gardena

Property itself was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Area around the property is exactly what you think for Los Angeles. Eve though the area around it is sketchy… there wasn’t a time I felt unsafe. Definitely would stay there again!

Great hotel good atmosphere very polite staff quality service nice comfortable bed nice TV very clean room very quiet and cozy I would definitely stay there again my wife wants to book a room for next week lol we enjoyed Valentine's Day there it was special and very intimate no interruptions or loud noises just peaceful and serene

Staff went above and beyond in accommodating us. Easy to check in, parking was convenient, room was clean and nice, beds were comfortable. Pool and gym were not open, which would have been nice. We unfortunately had trouble with a flight and had to rearrange plans and staff was kind to let us keep extra bags stored until we could figure out new plans, even though we had already check out. They were so polite and kind! I highly recommend the New Gardena Hotel!

Loved the city view from my non-smoking room, and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. Thanks for making it a good experience for me.

Service

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

Very nice and clean renovated rooms. Office staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds. Close to the San Pedro Cruise terminal.

We loved the location, the pool, the relaxing vibe, the breakfast. Fabulous place to stay!

Amazing room

Perfect location and handsome staff and I like the free barking valet

The staff was extremely helpful

Great location, friendly staff, close to Warner Bros and Olive's is a great close restaurant. Pool was nice. Cool that they had several movies/shows filmed here as displayed on their Wall of Fame. Would stay again.

Hotel was nice and quiet.

This location is centralized downtown seal, Beach and many other restaurants and food options

Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect

Only negative is on Expedia. could not find if parking was free or cost extra. It implied it was included. Luckily before I booked I read the reviews and could see from others they charge 25$ a night

The front accommodated me for my special request. I am very grateful.

Very nice hotel, quiet environment with great amenities. I would stay there again!!

What truly makes this Sonder Craftsman special is all about the onsite staff! I have stayed here for close to a month. At the front desk always with a smile you will meet Tiana, Sophie, Em and every person working this position. They are all full of positive energy, kindness, humanity and extreme professionalism. The same goes for the 24/7 Security Gaurds, Omar, Demil and others will make you feel safe and welcome home as you come and go. They are authentic proving how far kindness and...

Great little hotel with wonderful, welcoming staff. Will definitely stay again.
