"Convenience of everything"

"We enjoyed the house! The pool was amazing; as well as the jacuzzi! Everything was very clean. It would be an option if we returned to Richardson for another stay!"

"We had a blast at this Dallas house in a great location to everything we wanted to do. Comfortable and clean. The massage chairs and football were great. Huge TVs everywhere. Hot tub/spa was amazing. Pool didn’t get warm like we had hoped but didn’t put a damper on our family vacation! Owner and manager were prompt to get back to us when we had questions."

"The main upstairs bathroom sink was leaking water from under the bowl. The lights outside would not work, and the water would not get hot."

"This house was perfect for all 9 of us, ages 12-79! It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The pool table was a big hit. Having three full bathrooms was great! And there was even a garage to keep the fancy car my sister had to rent while we were there. Location is everything in Dallas, and this house was in the perfect spot. It is in a nice neighborhood, and we would definitely stay there again. The rental agency was delightful to work with. I would highly recommend choosing...

"Property managers were super helpful with booking, and the property was clean when get got there. We couldn’t get the TV’s/wifi to turn on, but didn’t even message the manager because we were pretty busy regardless. Overall great stay"

"Our stay was cut short because of the storms that they had. When we got to the house we noticed trees were down everywhere so the house had no electricity. But we got a chance to talk to our host Steve who was so helpful with the situation, he did let us in the house and it was everything we hopeful lots of space and just beautiful. But we ended up leaving and getting a hotel because of more storms coming and Steve was so nice he didn’t know when electric would come on."

"The house was immaculate with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The pool is safely secured behind a gate, keeping my curious grandsons safe. Lots of privacy with a lush greenbelt behind the house. Price was very affordable compared to putting my entire troop in hotel rooms and eating our. Great hosts. Great communication!"

It seems to me this should have been done prior to our arrival, rather than after we had to request it. "The house was very big and spacious! There is a closet in the master bedroom that is locked (not weird) and the light was left on clearly on purpose (very weird). We arrived late at night and it made us a little uneasy because it made it seem like someone was there. Other than that, the house worked great for what we needed! Plenty of space, the host was very responsive, big yard. It is a nice house with a lot of space but I’m not sure I would stay again."
