"What a beautiful hotel that makes you smile the second you walk through the doors! It’s bright, cheery and extremely clean and well maintained, The staff was super friendly and helpful. The gym was great. Breakfast was a nice touch. The room was very spacious! Loved the decor and the beds were lovely! Saluda Riverwalk is a 3 min drive and it a fantastic spot to run or walk. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"This property was very nice, and very well run. My only concern that didn't really affect us but it was more anesthetic issue, as we had a big water stain in the ceiling of our room and on the drapes which tells me that there was a water leak at some point. So even though we didn't see mold visibly that's always a concern when I see signs of water intrusion. Some of the things in the hotel were worn and need to be replaced but everything was clean. The couch in our room was literally thread bear in some areas showing the padding poking through. The carpet was frayed in some areas. But it was clean and basically it just needs some freshening up. We were still happy with our stay. Oh, also, both the workout area and the pool were closed for maintenance. I would have liked to have worked out but it was no big deal. And we were not going to swim anyways so that did not concern us."

"The hotel is unassuming from the outside, but when my husband and I walked inside, we were amazed at the beautiful gardenlike lobby. It was roomier than we thought. As soon as we walked inside, we were greeted by a friendly clerk. She quickly checked us in and gave us a room on the second floor. However, after we brought in our luggage, I wanted to know if she had a first floor room. Seeing that we are seniors, she chose a first floor room nearest to the entrance and breakfast area. The room was very spacious with a nice comfortable bed. Everything within the room was clean and nice. During our stay there, all the clerks were very accommodating. I forgot their names. The continental breakfast was nice, but we were used to a full breakfast menu at some of the other hotels. I would reccommend this hotel. Most of the days we spent there, before going inside we sat outside enjoying the nice breeze from the passing cars. Also, it is only a block away from Main Street downtown."

"The problem that occurred at the hotel Brittany fixed it and she was very helpful. She even gave me another room that was clean and roach free. Brittany is an excellent manager."

"I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Columbia. We had booked first with the Hilton and stayed only 1 night with was dirty ceiling was leaking we found this one and it was so clean and staff was really welcoming."
