"Clean rooms, comfy beds, super friendly staff (front desk and breakfast) who actually talk to you and ask how you’re doing, good selection of breakfast (hot food, waffles, other baked goods, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice), plenty of parking, there’s a convenient back door with badge access that’s right by the elevator, and easy check-in and check-out that you can complete online. Most importantly, this place is at an affordable cost. I usually visit Charlotte once or twice a year for concerts. This will definitely be my new go-to hotel"

"Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor and shower was gross. The fabric at end of bed had red sticky stuff all over it. Staff was responsive to neighbors fighting though so that was appreciated."

"Very convenient location if attending an event at The Spectrum Center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the shower wasn't the cleanest. The bathroom floor also could have used a good steam. Luckily, I always bring my own cleaning supplies."
