Was placed on the smoking floor initially, but even though they were really full they were able to find a room on a non-smoking floor for us. The breakfast could have been better.

Disappointed

We are headed back to Gatlinburg next month, but will be booking a different hotel. The bathroom floor had some sort of sticky residue on that needed to be cleaned. The sheets and bed coverings were thin and uncomfortable. The heat in the room was turned off. Saturday morning breakfast was not ready when it was supposed to be available and we had to go to a restaurant.

Room had no view. Room was dirty Room smelled like chlorine & very humid Very expensive Too many kids in pool Air conditioner dripped on floor Had to use air conditioner to take away humidity Mouse turds in drawer

Bij aankomst kregen we een aanbod om de dinnershow van Dolly Parton aan een sterk verminderde prijs te bestellen bij een dame in de lobby ,het bleek echter om een soort time sharing.Bij het ontbijt stond geen microwave en de eerste morgen werd na onze vraag de havermout opgewarmd door het meisje achter de receptie.De volgende morgen zei een andere receptionist dat ze geen microwave hebben.Uit de kranen kwam bruin water en ook dat vonden ze normaal aan de receptie.
