"The staff were attentive and genuinely amazing. They made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, with so much variety that we never ran out of things to try. The pool was lovely, though the air quality was poor at times. Our room was exactly as pictured, and waking up to views over the Nile made the stay feel special."

"Pros: 1. Staff helpful and kind 2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays 3. All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled."
