“I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. ”

“Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was good with a large comfortable bed, a nice hot shower, and tea making facilities. Breakfast was excellent too, they send you to the sister hotel next door, which has views of Zamalek.”

“Ich habe im Hotel New Star Zamalek übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top , sicher und mitten im schönen Stadtteil Zamalek. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings könnte der Service an manchen Stellen etwas professioneller und schneller sein. Preis-Leistung ist okay, aber man sollte keinen Luxus……
