"Great place- cozy and clean! River was low so we couldn’t kayak or float on it but went to Northampton Beach as recommended by owner! Beautiful beach! Place does not have foil, plastic wrap or much for storage not many spices or condiments so plan accordingly. Everything else was great! Also be aware, as I missed, they charge extra for more than 2 people. "

"This property was wonderful! John was very quick to respond and was so kind from booking until we left. We stayed for a wedding on Oak Mountain. It was about a 15 min drive. The house was so spacious and clean and was perfect for our 8 adults and 1 child. We all loved the upstairs loft, it was such a unique area. We cooked out and had breakfast every morning in the large kitchen and dining room. At night we hung out down by the water and then finished the evening all having family movie night! The living room was a perfect area for my parents and sisters, plus spouses to stretch out! It was wonderful to connect as a family and enjoy each others company. We all hope to come back to visit and to enjoy the house and property more!"

"The owner is simply amazing such a sweetheart her energy and charisma are the greatest treat to stay in the hotel she did everything possible to keep me comfortable and she was available for anything that I could need I was there to be part of a race in the area she made sure to help me with anything that I needed .. the place is neat and clean and well taken care of. The restaurant in the first floor is very cute and the food is really good too I ended up having a salad she made herself and it was delicious"

"Beautiful property, with many amenities. Ruby Hill was our families home base for many ADK adventures. The Wild Center, Whiteface Mountain, visiting nearby family. Kids loved the fire pit, dock and closeness to the local beach. "

"This property was perfect for our entire family! We had 6 adults and 4 children in the house and there were enough bedrooms for all. The kids absolutely loved the game room and we made good use of all the boats and tubes. Would highly recommend!!"
