Comfortable room; thanks for offering breakfast; This really is too much. My complaint is that you are asking us to provide more words. So, this is my complaint about the hotel... writing this should be easy.

The hotel is fantastic but the city has to clean up the homeless just down the street.

Very nice property, great value, free soup & cookie in afternoon. Will stay again.

It was a beautiful place, inside and out. Staff was great. I would definitely stay there again.

We got a really nice king room. The front desk was really helpful w finding a restaurant and grocery store It’s a brand new hotel and well taken care of.

Very clean, everything around it is new. Not in the ghetto of Yakima.

This was a very nice spot for a quick overnight stay in Yakima. Clean, comfortable, and nice staff!

Very clean and comfortable room with modern decor. Staff friendly and helpful. Accidentally left numerous clothing items behind in hotel room closet. Contacted hotel and an extremely helpful staff member arranged for my clothing to be shipped that day. Excellent customer service.

Traveling with dogs it was a very pleasant stay the staff was very nice

Room was great with direct access to the trail along the river for walking our dog. From desk Tony was so helpful with documents that we needed to print.

I changed the date on my visit and ended up with 2 rooms even though Expedia said this would not happen. The hotel manager said they would not charge twice but Expedia is dragging their feet on my refund. You are not waiting on the hotel manager! Just refund me!

Friendly staff and great breakfast!

Good personal service (Remote issue) Personnel all friendly

We really enjoyed it. Our reservation came with free breakfast and free WiFi. Breakfast was great every morning.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt pampered. The entire main floor is arranged in different sitting areas. Some were like my living room while some area's like a quaint cafe. On checkin, we were told about many places to see, fresh carmel infused hot apple cider tasted comforting on a cold winter day. The luxury continued in the high ceilings throughtout, comfortable beds and bathrobes too. The business center was really a library and reading room. Quiet, well lit with books to...

I saw that in the pool area, they had multiple grilling options for people to have cookouts on extended stays. The staff also is very friendly and approachable, and the owner G even took time to welcome me and ensure everything was good with my stay.

Great customer service
