"An excellent location and perfect for children right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay, cycling and exploring the local area. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were lucky with the weather so the children loved swimming, playing in the sand and watching the many paddle boarders and windsurfers, right from the little terrace/ garden. Perfect outdoor space for eating and relaxing. Very good communication with the owner in advance , worth noting that his mother ( who lives upstairs)...

"Lovely apartment and great location with wonderful views across the bay. We did find some nice touches such as coffee (a fresh coffee machine for filter coffee was provided). One or two things we think could be improved - a list of items included with the weekly cost could be drawn up - for instance, tea towels, hand towels and bathroom towels -A note of the collection day for rubbish and recyclable waste and location of outside bins would be helpful. There was a little confusion about cleaning...

"The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view very much, and thought the town is very interesting. We had excellent walks following routes supplied by the Tourist Information Office. We enjoyed the Sunday market and good food at local cafés and restaurants."

"This is a very nice property that has plenty of room and good facilities. The owner is charming and helpful. We were very pleased to have a full-sized dishwasher in particular. Most of the furnishings and equipment are in very good condition, unlike some other places we have rented. There were games (Scrabble, Monopoly etc) for wet days. There are a few cafés and small restaurants nearby and a good local shop for supplies. The excellent street market on Wednesdays is well worth a visit. Our...

"We loved this spacious apartment, set in an ideal position just around the corner from the heart of Concarneau. Clean, quiet, great balcony with wonderful views from the entire apartment. "Nice flat with the added benefit of a small south-facing garden to relax at the end-of a busy day. Few of the other flats in the residence were occupied during our stay so it was quiet. Perfectly appointed with everything we needed. A bonus : a very powerful shower! Christine and her husband welcomed us although we arrived later than planned and greeted us with some local goodies well appreciated."

"It was very close to the beach, within walking distance of Benodet. The town has a variety of restaurants and shops . Our host provided a lot of local information and recommended a lovely walk too. We highly recommend it."

"The property was, mainly, good but it lacked some things that we would have normally expected. For example.. there was only a small amount of toilet paper, no space to put hot items from the oven, no placemats to protect the plastic table cloth, tea towels and kitchen towels would have been useful as we paid extra for linen and towels, no change of bedding and towels during a two week stay, functioning kitchen scissors would have helped. Bottom shelf in wardrobe has one of its support brackets...

It was nice to be so close but to return to the quiet neighborhood that the home is in. The back of the living room opens up (triple doors) to the view of the harbor. Watching the boats come and go was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed (appliances and amenities) and is a short walk from a grocery...

"We had a fantastic stay, the location couldn't have been better. The only downside is that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. This isn't made clear in the advert. In the end this was a minor issue and we would happily stay here again."
