"From our late arrival at almost midnight because of flight delays we were met by a very warm and welcoming lady at the front desk. She facilitated our check in so we could rest soonest. We really appreciated that. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom very clean! Although everything was very clean we could not help but wonder about the smell of cigarette smoking upon entering our room. They did state 100% no smoking! Breakfast was a pleasant experience. Not too much options or variations but everything prepared would be the favorites one would seek in a breakfast buffet. Two fruits, 2 cereals, yogurt, porridge, coffee with fresh ground beens caffeinated or decaf! 4 types of bread, 2 types of juice, Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and Sausages! Great spread! We come here for the breakfast! No nonsense hotel, smart, mod, clean and bright - with matching great staff!"

"The hotel was further than I usually stay when I come to Chicago but it was nice. The staff were very pleasant. They had breakfast every morning. Although I couldn't enjoy it because I had to leave super early but on the day of check out I grabbed some bacon and bread. The room with a king size bed was good. Pillows could use an upgrade. The bathroom was small to my surprise. The housekeeping should maybe vacuum the doorway better 🤔 I don't want to see other people's hair. But overall the stay went well. Great coffee ☕️."

"The hotel was full and we were not allowed a late checkout. My husband is disabled and we had a five hour wait for our flight. We tried to hang out in the lobby area for part of that wait and were very unwelcome to do so. We were waiting for the airport shuttle and had all of our luggage loaded onto a luggage cart plus my husband's mobility scooter. We were discouraged from using the cart so that other hotel guests had access to it. However, there was an extra cart already waiting by the front door."
