"Marvelous hotel"
We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt in Goa. Right from the time we were met by Lolly at the reception to the exceptional service provided by the staff in the restaurants and at breakfast, it was a special experience throughout. Kudos to Saurabh in the Dining Room who heard us talking about sugarcane juice and made sure we had some for our dinner. Our room was comfortable with spectacular views of the bay. We will definitely return.

"Monsoon holiday "
We had a lovely stay during the monsoons. Not for the sunbather but perfect for enjoying tropical weather. The child, ren aged, 9 and 11, loved the gorgeous pool, games room and general quiet of the low season. For us it was ideal that it was not too crowded. There was plenty of choice regards food. The room was lovely with great housekeeping. The biggest plus in this hotel was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very good with the children and Camp Hyatt a god send for entertertaing them and giving the adults some free time.

"Beautiful view"
The lobby of this hotel has an awesome view as do the rooms facing the water. The staff is very attentive, helpful, professional and friendly. The food is excellent. Convenient transportation is provided for a reasonable fee around Goa. The rooms are a little worn and outdated and the shower blows hot and cold. The beach is a little out of the way and not on the sea.
