Apartments in Golden for Rent

"It was ok place. The had some problems with breakfast area under repairs which we understand. They did offer it at their sister property so they did what they could to make it right. We were told new owners so they are trying to get it better shape. Only real problems we had was the bed was wore out in room 1202 mattress had hump in middle and each side was dipped. We informed them and hopefully theywill replace mattress. We would probably use again the see if they do get things back in shape."

"We had a great stay. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were wonderful with super comfy beds. The jetted tub was so relaxing. The grandkids absolutely loved the large pool which was not frigid like most we have been to. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"Peaceful area. Dated property but it was clean & had everything one would need. Having the laundry was a bonus. We were a late check-in and it was easy. Directions provided were on point. Condo rules were clear as well. Good stay for what it was. We did have a pretty loud family in the unit above ours so something you may want to consider when booking. Good location to Silver Dollar City and surrounding area."

"The room was not very clean. The staff member I dealt with seemed lost. They advertised that they had a grill and bar that you could go to for food and drinks , breakfast buffet or room service but when we got there, there was a note on the door that said they don't open until May. "

"The pool was nice. Property was secluded but still walkable to Branson main attractions. Warning: this is more of a time share type deal so they will try to have you buy in. The room was pretty small and awkwardly shaped. Hard for a family to spread out. However, we would totally stay here again. The amenities were awesome. "

"Parking was good. Breakfast was cold. Room was good except bed was really hard. Fridge was not cold and tv was broken. Best plus was the jacuzzi tub was on point so it made all of the rest ok. The room was very clean. Ok value for the nightly cost and we were only staying 2 nights. "
