"Everything was great "

"Overall, the hotel is decent no frills accomodations. Spotlessly clean, quiet. We didn't find out until arriving that there's no elevator, just stairs, so if you're mobility impaired, this is not the place for you. Would I recommend? For a quick stop over, sure, but not for an entire week or vacation. The A/C works but doesn't cool as quickly or as much as it should. Breakfast was decent, especially at this price point. Waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy. Mediocre coffee but several coffee shops nearby. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Cable TV did not work. Hair dryer did not work. I rated 4 due to cleanliness, which ultimately was the most important thing for me."

"Pay the price to stay somewhere else. The hotel is run down and in need of a complete remodel. I had to ask for clean sheets as ours had stains on them. I did a check of the mattress and there were stains all over it. I regret spending the amount of money I spent for this stay and when we come back to Gainesville, this hotel will be avoided."
