The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. "The studio apartment was perfect for my wife and I to stay while we visited with family in St. Augustine. The apartment had everything we needed plus the bed was very comfortable. The building, the grounds, and the pool were all beautiful. Our favorite eating places: Canopy Cafe for breakfast, Woodpecker’s BBQ was amazing for lunch, and Whit’s frozen custard was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Porta del Sol. "

"Very nice, roomy condo with everything you need for your stay. Super clean. Host were responsive and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything after the first night. Condo is nice. Across the street from what seemed like a brand new community pool that was also great–spent a whole day there. Location is close to beach and everything you want. Perfect spot as a base to explore everything the area has to offer."

"Location, emenities and services are VIP level treatment. The hosts are prompt and direct with everything you need. This is a home many would dream to own, so so available to rent. A little hiccup with the wireless service, but that was moot since the hosts went out of their way to reconcile. I tefused the refund because the stay and service was superb. We will be using the same company again, if not the same property next year."

We picked this property as it was close to a family get together, but I would certainly make a point to return and rent if available when we come back to town to visit. "

"We stayed here to visit my elderly mother-in-law who lives nearby. This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery, coffee shops and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. The upstairs loft is great with a bed and newer bathroom. There is a basketball court and ball in the back yard which my 2 year old grandson enjoyed. As mentioned by others there is no yard in back for kids to play but this did not bother us. We did not use the hot tub. The windows are a bit dirty. There were bugs on the front porch (grasshoppers maybe) but not in the house. I noticed a few very small flying black bugs in the master bathroom our first night but no where else in the house and didn't notice them the rest of our stay. It is Florida! The code to get in was delivered to us through the app as stated and the host checked in via messaging as well to make sure our stay was going well. Overall nice stay. "
