"Clean room."

"If you need a clean bed to sleep in this is it. Other then that don’t expect much. For price we got a decent night sleep. "

"Breakfast looks like it's leftover from the day before, very skimpy on small amenities like cups in the room, tiny size shampoo and small bath towels that they only give two a room. Listening to the staff outside complaining was not something I wanted to wake up to. The staff is not very inviting except the housekeepers were friendly. Should have spent $20 more and stayed somewhere that cared about their guest."

"The ice machines on all the floors did not produce ice. This was between 6 and 7 am."

"Carolyn is wonderful. She communicates, is helpful, and follows up. Her cottage is lovely, comfortable, well appointed, and the dock is fabulous to sit and enjoy the water. I look forward to our next visit. "
