“The hot tub was not working. and I was charged 50 more dollars than expedia agreed to. They said I would have had to call the hotel to get the expedia price. Otherwise all was good.”

“When I arrived I was early and asked if I could use lobby restroom and I’d check in if after 3 pm. The bathroom in lobby was not working, the employee looked up my reservation and told me my room was ready. I asked could I use restroom in my room, and she said she’d have to charge me $25 for early check-in, I was being charged for their restroom being out of order. I paid the $25, and checked in early. When I went in the restroom there were 2 dead bugs on the bathroom floor, a little……

“Really nice, quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; we really liked them as people and for their customer service skills. The breakfast was very nice, parking was easy and plentiful. The location was perfect for us; its not in the downtown part of Granbury, but a 3 minute drive if you get stopped at the red light.”

“Everything was really good, except the breakfast. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. Air was cool and quiet. The breakfast was substandard in my opinion. There was not a very good selection, and what was there was not being replenished without inquiry to the staff!”
