"Everything about the hotel was wonderful"

"Rooms were dirty and was told there wasn't cleaning staff. Second night couldn't sleep because of amount of noise on 4th floor. Nothing on phone as to how to contact main desk. Staff friendly, Continental breakfast nice. Pet friendly."

"There is no thermostat in the room. The room has one of those heating/cooling units where you have to guess what level to set it, and adjust it several times til the room is at the right temperature. Also, this is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that did not have kleenex. It was quiet on a weekday night, but not quiet on Friday night. The good: central location, refrigerator/microwave/iron in room."

"The breakfast was advertised as continental but presented as a full breakfast bar with delicious eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes with trimmings and many other items. We were surprised that they actually charged us up front the security deposit saying it would be refunded in 3-10 business days. The hotel was not full and yet they placed people in rooms around us enough that we heard tv until 1am, water running, footsteps, conversation and even someone's cough. That made it hard to sleep even with ear plugs. The pool is nice, hot tub indeed hot, the beds comfortable. The lady who runs the breakfast bar was especially nice as well as the young lady working the desk in the am. The desk clerk at check in at 9pm was grumpy. The artwork, some created by the staff makes it homey."
