The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptional! Extremely helpful. The hotel is close to Grand Rapids with no parking problems. Dining and shopping is really close to the hotel.

The hotel was very convenient to get to off the freeway. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping were right there.
