Unique, 2 separate levels. Great for multiple families or large group. Private 150ft of lakefront. Situated on the beautiful and clear waters of the Gravois Arm. Views for miles. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. Central heat /AC. Multiple decks and outdoor entertainment spaces with a fire pit. Lower level 2 Queen bed studio, kitchenette, full bath, TV, glassed in and air conditioned window room, 3 futons, washer/dryer and dining table. Upstairs has 2 Queen bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen-dining room, sectional sofa, TV, and fireplace. Additional screened in front porch with 2 outdoor sofas and a TV. Sleeps 10. Great crappie, bass, and catfishing off of the huge private 2 well dock. One covered boat slip for use with your stay. Luxurious outdoor flagstone floor shower with rain shower head, 5 kayaks, 2 large swim platforms with ladders for swimming/sunbathing, chairs for the dock, a paddle boat, 3 children kayaks, 2 adult kayaks are all included with this private lake getaway! Plenty of room to park your boat trailer. Boat ramp and boat rental near by. Minutes by boat or car to popular lakeside resturants such as Lake Burger, Coconuts and Jolly Rogers. Come enjoy a relaxing lake of the Ozarks vacation!

Rules

No smoking. Quiet time after 10pm , guests must bag and dispose of pet waste in waste receptacles. No fireworks or smoking on boat dock or property.
No parties, no tampons or wipes down toilets they will clog the septic system and will require a drain snake at $300 per occurrence. Smoking $350 fee.
No feeding stray animals. Open boat slip is for renter use. Please no glass in outdoor areas. No grease down drains. All trash must be bagged.

Very nice stay at Ozark Lake.

The house is exactly as advertised. Jay is easy to work with. House was clean. Dock is perfect for gathering and swimming.

We had a nice stay. We had plenty of room on the dock, we rented a boat and we were able to easily secure it. We caught lots of fish ( and released ) and the AC worked very well. It was a nice week.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us and our family. Having the downstairs area was nice for our daughter, son-in-law and grandbaby. The house had everything we needed, and the outside shower was awesome. The dock is very nice and easy to get in and out of the lake with 2 sets of steps. We rented a boat from Mermaid Cove and Marina which is very close to the house.

Peaceful wonderful weekend stay

This was our third time staying at this perfect lake house! We love everything about it especially the screened porch and large dock. We look forward to hopefully many more trips to this special home!

Amazing stay. The property is wonderful, the dock is incredible, the house is clean and well stocked. Great location close to public boat ramp, and a few restaurants if you don’t want to cook a time or two. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Family Lake Vaca

We had a awesome family lake weekend to start off the summer. This cabin, location pretty much. Everything was amazing. We love the screened in porch and the docks were amazing. If you’re thinking about booking this, please go ahead and do it. It’s definitely worth it.

We enjoyed the extra amenities, such as the kayaks and paddle boat. The area was peaceful and lovely. The locals were extremely friendly. This was a good, economical rental property.

Amazing!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The outdoor shower was a fan favorite and got used every day after hours of playing in the water. The dock is great and very well appointed and maintained. Very nice sun lounge chairs and the kids loved kayaking!

Relaxing family vacation

This house was such a great place for our family vacation. It is a perfect place to relax, swim, kayak, and cook inside or out. It was exactly what my family needed. It was beautiful inside and had a wonderful layout. The adults slept upstairs, and the teens slept downstairs. I would LOVE to return here with my family!

Beautiful Lake Family Vacation

Outstanding Lake Home With a nice big dock! Everything was just as described . We had a Great Stay and would definitely stay at this property on our next Lake of the Ozarks Vacation. Clean Home with comfy beds! Close to plenty of restaurants. communication was very good.

Family Vacation

Perfect set up with the separate lower level. Nice part of the lakes gets real shallow at the end of the cove so limits the traffic to an extent. The dock is amazing plenty of room for our family to fish, swim, and just hang out.

We had a great time. The water was perfect!! Even with the water so warm we still caught fish off the dock. Mostly bluegills and catfish. The house was great and everything worked as expected. If you want a great place to stay this is it!!

Family reunion getaway

We came to the Lake of the Ozarks for a family reunion and a small part of the family stayed here. This house was great for our little getaway. Easy lake access, large dock, nice remodeled house. Downstairs shower was quite small so we opted to use the outdoor shower during our stay and that worked perfectly, it was lovely that it had warm water! We would definitely rent here again

Great weekend getaway

The location was ideal for us. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks. The dock was large and we were able to fish at night. The cove wasn't overly crowded on the weekend we were there. The home had everything we wanted/needed. It was clean, nice amenities, and the home owner was responsive.

We look forward to staying at this special property each summer! The house, location and dock are perfect! We brought my parents along this time and the bottom level was perfect for them while my husband and I stayed upstairs with our dogs. We were still together but each had our own space.
