“We booked the jacuzzi suite room. If you have a room with one of those in there I recommend setting the air conditioner to the “dry” setting, if not the whole room is moist. The floor was slippery, the carpet was sticky, and even the nightstands had condensation on them. It got better after we set the air conditioner to dry. Our TV wouldn’t connect to the internet all three days we were there, and our phone in our room didn’t work at all. Other than those minor inconveniences, the service was……

“Front desk at check in was great, very nice and friendly. Got to our room (137) - all the way at the end next to the side entrance. Stairwell door is right across from that room door and it slammed often at night waking us up. The side entrance door to the outside is broken and every time a person goes in or out, it stays wide open for anyone to enter all day and night. It needs fixed ASAP. Upon entering our room, everything looked in order and nice, smelled clean. But when barefoot, the floor……
