"Staff were very good, charming and nothing was too much trouble. The room on the other hand was grotty, black mould on the ceiling over the bath/shower, grime and gunge around the bath where the tiles meet, bath panel cracked & chipped and the floor grout was filthy."

"For checking in, You could only get access to the gate by calling the number, but for a traveler like me with data only on cell phone, I had anxiety coming there. Also no wifi provided so you’re SOL if you’re out of data. Check out was at 10am which is early but they made it at 11am after my request. ..."

"Stayed August Bank Holiday, Plenty of room for 2 adults and dog. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to the centre of Stamford and all it has to offer. Lovely space, really comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and nice outside courtyard. Secure parking. Highly recommended. Friendly, easy and helpful communication ..."
