Room was clean. Lobby was clean. The room was very simple but had everything I needed. I only used it for sleeping. The area outside was dirty, but I felt mostly safe walking it. It was easy walking distance to Subway train to Manhattan.

A secret GEM found in college point!! The front desk team was amazing, (Mr. Saed) was so accommodating so kind so professional, as well as the entire front desk surpassed my expectations And I would suggest staying here to anyone I know this would and is going to be my first choice to stay when having to come to the area hands-down!! Hotel was super clean. Staff was wonderful. Nice variety for breakfast and very good coffee. easy access to the subway. Not in the best neighborhood but didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Water pressure was fantastic and very hot water… Will definitely stay there again

It’s very close to JFK and reserving the shuttle was easy. Staff were helpful and kind. Next time we have a morning flight out of JFK we’d stay there again. It was exactly what we needed before our flight.

This was an ideal location for me. It is relatively close to JFK and was an easy commute in the morning for my flight. There are multiple dining venues within a three block walking distance. The hotel is economically priced for the area.

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).

This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...

I was on the sixth floor and the room was extremely quiet, unusual for New York, rather spacious and yet on this particular night, relatively inexpensive for such a perfect location in New York. Don’t miss the Red Farm restaurant around the corner… worth trying even if a bit noisy. My main criticism of the hotel is actually the coffee bar and pastries for breakfast, which are too sweet and caloric for me, and limited to drip coffee if you want to use their free breakfast card. Excellent breakfast with many hot and cold options. Large dining area and staff kept buffet area very clean, fresh and filled. Excellent location near many sites including Central Park. Will stay here again.
