"I had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites in Santo Domingo. What really stood out the most was the staff. Every interaction felt genuine - everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and seemed almost intuitive about what guests might need before you even had to ask. That level of service makes a big difference when traveling, and they consistently delivered it. The pool area is another highlight of the property. It’s beautiful during the day if you want to relax and get some sun, but it’s especially nice at night when the lighting and atmosphere make it feel like a great place to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was also excellent. There were plenty of options, so it’s easy to find something for everyone, and the made-to-order omelette station was particularly good. It’s a great way to start the day. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic - large, clean, and exactly what you want after a long day out in the city. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Santo Domingo, with standout service, comfortable rooms, and amenities that make the stay feel relaxing and easy."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel, the location is really nice because you can walk in Zona Colonial, get a coffee and there are several great restaurants walking distance. The pool is amazing and on the weekends they have a bar with a bartender that made really good daytime cocktails! The breakfast buffet is also delicious and has a great variety of food to offer, you can also request eggs made to your liking. Zola Restaurant has italian food and everything was so good! Would definitely stay here again. I also want to thank Juan de los Santos for the attention in the pool bar! Overall my experience here was outstanding!"

"Wasn't what I expected. Unable to use pool before 10a. No bathtub, thought I booked a room with a tub. Minibar was out and out banditry! Breakfast was awesome! Was never informed where anything was, restaurant, pool, gym...had to gind it on my own."
