“The location is very good if you want to see the colonial zone. But we have issues that couldn't be solve even though was easy to fix, first the tv control didn't work, I went to reception 4 times and only got promises and nothing else, the same was for the key of the safe box, so all this time documents and money were unsecure during our stay.”

“The place was excellent. I loved everything about my room the amenities everything. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the pool was just a bit cloudy and my room’s WiFi not working. But overall, everything was perfect.”

“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room……

“The property is lovely, featuring ample lighting and attractive communal spaces. Its location is ideal for walking throughout the entire colonial zone. The room is very clean; it is somewhat small, but still suitable for sleeping.”

“Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo.”
