"I have to say the best two things about this hotel are the staff and the location. From the check in to the check out the entire staff is amazing! At the lobby, bar, restaurant, room service, everybody was so nice and helpful! The location is perfect as you can walk to shops and restaurants. The area is very safe, the food and drinks were very good. The view from the pool area is beautiful and the pool is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Santo Domingo and looking by for a good location and great hotel."
"The Front Desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located and the room was nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities.
The 360 view of Santo Domingo from the pool deck on the 16th floor was amazing at night.

"This time, I got a quiet room, which was a big improvement over past noisy stays. For the price, it was great—spacious, quiet, with good Wi-Fi, TV, and hallway access to drinking water. Essentials like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels were all provided. A solid budget-friendly option in a great location. Just be sure to request a room away from the street if you're sensitive to noise."

"A very picturesque place to stay. The small balconies are nice for people watching. Staff was nice enough to give me a super late checkout to coincide with my next hotel check in. All the staff was great and spoke pretty good English. Area is very safe if anyone is wondering. Just watch out for the motorbikes. The room was a bit small. Also, the hot water didnt last long or get very warm"
