“Cute place in fabulous location and great price. But is loud though and can hear everything happening very clearly outside the windows. Would’ve been helpful to know cost of parking which was not shared. Thermostat was stuck on cold and we couldn’t get a place to heat up. Temperature is dropped at night due to Michigan winter weather so that was not ideal. Contacted host about about the situation and never heard back.”

“I booked this reservation and it was acknowledged by Expedia and VRBO. When it came time to check in, I was given no information to access the property. The property is also not the property pictured in the listing. Having acknowledged the reservation made through Expedia up until check in time, at check in time, VRBO said I had no reservation. “We rented this property due to its close proximity to The Ark. It is within easy walking distance to all downtown shops, etc. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. We would gladly stay there again.”

We left after day 2 of 4 to go to a hotel because it was over 100 outside and they didn't fix the air. Asked for a discount for the two days due to no air and a refund if the two days we weren't going to stay. Received the 2 day refund but no discount on the two terrible days spent there. “Excellent location, incredible communication, extremely clean with everything we needed! Host stocked with welcome snacks and drinks! Highly recommend this location!!! Amazing experience!!!”

“The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise……

“Everything was great! Awesome populated area of Ann Arbor! Felt safe and everything was walkable. Bars across the street were loud at night, but basically like white noise and we slept fine. Would definitely stay again!”
