“The door was sticky, not a problem. The humidity does that. Staff was helpful, as they saw me struggling with the door. My only complaint was the walls are so thin we could hear the neighbors from both sides. For the price, not bad.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. The cleaning staff was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is pet friendly and our little fur baby was comfortable as well. The Hotel is close to stores and restaurants. It is also close to the Ferry to head over to Port Aransas. Corpus Christi is close as well. We will definitely be back again soon.”

“Too much mold in the room in the restroom ceiling and AC. AC was on 61 and it was still not cold enough. Restroom granite walls felt slimy like they haven't been scrubbed. I went to buy my own bleach to scrub it. Restroom door did not close because it was swollen from bottom due to the water that spills out because the shower curtains are too small. There was also dead bug on the wall. It looked like someone smacked it and just left it on the wall and it hasn't been cleaned up. Pool was full of……

“The elevator doors need to be wiped clean daily. The microwave in the breakfast area needs to be kept clean. Also, I noticed a guy who I know was not a guest, drive up to hotel and park… walked straight to the breakfast area. Helped himself to a topped plateful of food/orange juice and left… I brought this to the attn to the young man whose name was “Rush”…he acted surprised. Needs to be off cell and be more watchful. All the staff in the reception area was just laid back on their……

“Check in took 30min or more cause of overbookings. The general manager or other manager did not come out to help get things moving at front desk as all work fell one clerk or team member. Room air conditioning was loud waking us up all through the night.”
