This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition.

Overall great stay! We notified them in advance twice we had a dog coming with and would be arriving close to midnight, and was told no problem, and that all buildings were dog friendly except 1. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments. They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely return! But I’m not sure how to make sure you’re assigned the dog friendly rooms when they said all of them are besides 1 building and then accidentally assigning us there - we had dog coming with in our notes, and noted it during both phone calls to confirm late night check in. So, just make sure as much as you can with a pup. It all turned out awesome - room was phenomenal, clean, no issues. Also even though it was the no dogs building it was conveniently directly next to / closest to the pet area. Staff was kind and accommodating and very empathetic to us having our dog and their mishap in room assignments. They let us sleep after driving so long and didn’t make a big fuss. Gave a note to confirm all was well and no extra charges for us having our pup in that room, all was very well handled and we got to sleep before hitting the road again. Breakfast was great. Some may say the fan in the room was loud for the a/c or heat but I didn’t mind, just white noise to fall asleep to.
