The room was nice and comfortable, but the staff was quite indifferent, polite, although somewhat inflexible and not very willing to help when we asked for something out of the ordinary and we never felt particularly welcomed or cared for. "This was our final stop in Italy, and it was truly amazing! The property is beautiful and the view of Ovierto is breathtaking. But even more delightful was the food, staff, service, and pool! The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"
