Wonderful Stay!
The lake house is so beautiful with lots of space to enjoy your time with friends or family. The host was super responsive and it was a very easy drive to Yosemite. Definitely would recommend it!

Quiet cabin-style house
Cute house straight out of the 70s. 😁 Lovely, huge front porch is what sold me on the property. Could sit outside and eat while covered with roof. Sheets were iffy in the master bedroom, seemed like they weren't clean? Hair and debris on them. We slept in the other extra bedroom so no issue. Main living space was awesome. And has books and activities for kids. Went to Yosemite, took longer than anticipated, 90 minutes to Yosemite valley. Not much else to do in town in March.

Great spot and close to Yosemite
We had three generations staying at this house for the week of Thanksgiving. It is close to everything and we enjoyed our state there. It was a quick drive to Yosemite and the The Grill Restaurant nearby was fantastic. Everyone in the neighborhood was so nice. We were constantly greeted by visitors and the locals with a friendly hello. There were tons of deer out all the time. The kids absolutely loved it. The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. My only negative feedback for the house would be that the lighting in the kitchen and the living room is extremely dim. We took off the lampshade so that we could see better, but it still did not help. The pots and pans and cooking utensils could be updated. But for the price we paid, we made it work, and really cannot complain much. There was plenty of soap, conditioner, body wash, towels, blankets, pillows, and other things for us to use. The check-in process was super easy and we even were able to get an early check-in. We would stay there again.

Great location!
We used to own a vacation home at PML so are very familiar with the area. The house was great and well stocked with everything we needed. My one complaint was the dirtiness of the carpets. They are in dire need of replacement. But everything else was perfect and we loved our short weekend trip!

Perfect place to stay
Myself and family arrived to this lovely home by the lake and were very pleased with the home. It was very comfortable, the property manager was extremely helpful and the town of Groveland is right there for great food and atmosphere. The drive to Yosemite was great, its close enough to make an easy day trip and not have to worry about missing anything.

Enjoyable Family Time
The property is old but clean. It has most thing for the staying you will need. The family room has a wide space with a 55 inch TV that you can enjoy the TV time at night. There is also a 15' X 30' balcony outside that you can enjoy BBQ and have a drink in the afternoon or night. I will come back again.
