“Two of the lights in my room didn’t work, so I got behind the nightstand to check if it was plugged in - only to find that everything behind the night stand was coated in dust & crumbs. (Also - it was plugged in, just not working) There was rust visible on the doorframe of the bathroom (it appeared to have been painted over several times) and water damage on the ceiling tiles. The room was musty upon entry.”

“Upon check in at 5 pm, our room floor was so wet our child slipped and fell immediately. We smelled marijuana so strongly at 6 pm I reported it and received no response, it was so strong we left the hotel. The pull out couch had a stain and half the linen was missing to make it up with. The room above ours had people jumping until 3 am, I reported via text line with no response then made 2 separate phone calls to the front desk hours apart to notify them. We had 2 white noise machines as……
