“The hotel was super gross. The smell was smoke/old throughout the room. There were spots in the room seats such as the recliner, walls, and the desk chair was so warn. The carpet was very run down and felt gross to even walk on. The bed was awful and woke up with a back pain. I strongly suggest NOT to stay here.”

“The house was in a great location and exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. We were especially grateful for the keurig coffee that was there for our enjoyment. Our host was easy to communicate with and checking out was a breeze. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Cedar Falls.”

“Tile floor was dirty our feet were dirty from walking on it. Bathtub had a big bug in it and a clot of hair sticking to the side. Unfinished backsplash by bathroom sink and light fixture in bathroom did not have a cover on it. On the plus side bed was comfy.”

“Decent parking near Main Street”

“The location was great, just a block off Main St. However, there were a couple issues with the room itself. When we arrived the water to the toilet tank was turned off because it will just continually fill so we had to turn the water on and off every time we had to flush the toilet. Second, the TV remote doesn't work with the TV in the room. Finally a couple small things - the light switch by the front door doesn't seem to turn any lights on and there was some trash left in one of the dresser……
