“My friends and I stayed in this hotel to explore the Central Valley and the location is perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved their breakfast options including fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh corn tortillas, rice and beans. We ate dinner there one night and it was very good. One of my friends had a beef dish and I just wanted a plate of vegetables, which was delicious. If you decide to stay here, consider bringing ear plugs as planes fly over the hotel occasionally throughout the……

“Peter and his staff were so kind and welcoming, he even stayed up until 1am for our late flight. The only complaint are the beds were pretty stiff, but that’s common in CR. It’s under the flight path of the airport so you will hear the jets every now and then, it can be loud at times. Overall I was very pleased with the sincere kindness we received, that to me means a lot. Thanks!”

“ A small hotel, this is run by a nice couple who focus on making sure their guests' needs are met. It is close to the SJO airport & provides pickups as well as shuttles to SJO. This morning we needed to leave before the scheduled breakfast time and they made sure to provide the full breakfast for us early. Since they couldn't provide a shuttle due to their work, Daniel arranged a ride for us, paying the car himself. Someone remarked there is no AC, but there are lots of fans and AC wasn't……

“The room was very attractive and clean, with a nice view into the courtyard with pool. Spacious and clean bathroom, with excellent water pressure in the shower. Lots of excellent places to relax outside near the pool, including couches, hammock, and lounging chairs. The only downside was the planes passing overhead, but we deliberately chose a place near the airport with a free shuttle. I would definitely recommend.”

“This is a family owned hotel, very nice people. Conveniently located near the airport, good bang for the buck. Several nice restaurants nearby.”

“The hotel is big and clean. It has 3 pools. What we loved most is the huge bedroom. We had a separate living room which was also big. The bathroom was good size. The water pressure was strong. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a separate control from the living room. Staff was friendly. There is a casino and a restaurant. Free shuttle service to and from the SJO airport. Free breakfast available too. We had to leave before they started serving so they packed us a sandwich, juice, water,……

“Shuttle was easy to get both going and coming....every 15 minutes. Room was clean, staff was very helpful. Appreciate the buffet breakfast. ”
