“Very poor experience. I have travelling 3 or 4 times every year for the past 20 years. Except the staff in the front desk and health club showed me welcoming. The waitresses in the restuant made sounds and faces behind me during the buffer breakfast. The waitress even did not know I could order and pay online during dinner. Are they trying to embarass the asian faces? Also smelly and stain in the guest room, no refigerator and safe, what kind of experience could not expected.”

“Issue with no towels provided this was eventually resolved after numerous messages, kitchen appliance not clean. House was spacious and comfortable if we hadn’t had the issues listed stay would have been good.”

“The staff at the Ragged Robin were delightful, always helping out and answering any questions we had. Shout out to Harrison for being so welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!”

“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We were forced to leave the room to cool down despite the outside temperature being over 35°C. The room was significantly hotter than the outside. Although fans were provided,……

“My husband and I had the best experience at the Bulls Head Inn! We loved everything about it—the quaintness of the town, the cleanliness of the inn and our room, and the food and drinks at the pub (the veggie burger was amazing!). The list could go on. The staff were so welcoming, and there was even a beer/bull festival going on the night we stayed, with live music! They also very kindly allowed me a late checkout so I could shower after running a half marathon in Surrey, which we really……

“This is my very first time to take bath in bedroom. It is extremely relaxing. The room is comfy enough for you to feel like home. The breakfast is also very nice with good presentation. Highly recommended for couple!”

“Well what a suprise this was! Years ago the White Horse had a bad reputation and was considered a bit of a dive. No longer though. The current owners have turned this into a very clean, well presented and comfortable stay. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. The bar and dining area were clean, tidy, regularly bussed the tables. The breakfast was ample and very well presented and the same can be said for the eveing meal. “Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,”
