"At first glance it is old and decrepit, dark and dirty, needs a complete facia overhaul. The leasing office was horrible; smell/stink, dirty, scary. The room stunk horribly, stained walls, roach infested and the bedding linens were old, thin, stained, stinky, and most of all moldy. Shout head was gross.."
