“I was placed in room 208. Beautiful clean room. The only negative thing is below the room is a large metal door and every time it was used by staff or delivery, it made a horrible rusty grinding sound and the wall vibrated loudly when it closed. I reported this to front desk at checkout. She was very apologetic. Not much can be done because the door is built into the wall on first floor and naturally anyone staying above it would hear the door when it was used. I didn’t hear the door after……
