"If you’re staying multiple days you’ll have an attitude from the staff if you stay too long. They offer crap coffee and that’s it. At least there are restaurants close by. The TV didn’t work properly and neither did the keys, you had to constantly get the key reprogrammed. My AC went out on a 90 degree day. Sheets and bathroom were clean tho"

"I stay here about twice a year for various reasons. Overall, the room was pretty clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The trash can in the bedrom area didn’t have a trash bag, so the desk attendant gave me a laundry bag. The grout in the shower needed tending to. Additionally, they ran out of wings at the bar, so I had to leave the hotel to get food. I would still recommend staying here; no place is perfect. They also give you a warm cookie at check in, which I love."

"This is our third time staying here for Villanova events. The staff climate has definitely changed. Front desk staff is not friendly. Night staff is terrible. No eye contact. No addressing people as they walk in. We were surprised by the lack of interest they showed."
