"The hotel portion was great — the room was clean, comfortable, and somewhere I would absolutely stay again. The location was also convenient, with most event spots within close distance. Unfortunately, the casino itself was underwhelming. The slot selection was mediocre, payouts were low, and the minimum buy-ins for the table games were unreasonably expensive. Drinks were overpriced and lacked enough alcohol to justify the cost. While the music was good and the crowd brought great energy, it still did not make up for the casino’s overall lackluster atmosphere and enthusiasm.The food options on-site were also limited, mediocre in quality, and overpriced, which added to the disappointment overall."

"I booked my room for my daughter’s graduation. We had a medical emergency which caused us to arrive late. I tried calling the hotel and left them a message stating we were arriving late. After driving 12 hours and getting there late after 7pm they told me my room was cancelled and they were already booked. I was left scrambling trying to figure out where to take my family for the night. Terrible that they didn’t even try to reach me before giving up my reservation. They also charged me. Terrible service. I would not recommend for anyone to trust this place."

"When I initially checked in the Girl told me that they canceled my reservation then she made me book another reservation for an extra hundred dollars a night. Then when I entered the room, it was filthy. Disgusting. I have pictures of the bathroom filthy the hair. The floors were black the sheets look like they never been cleaned. I ended up sleeping in my car because it was a holiday weekend and no other hotels in the area were open This was the absolute worst day of my entire life. I had to sleep in my car like a human piece of garbage."
