“We had a great stay in Gunnison, and the Cozy Cabin was perfect for the two of us. Just the right size and amenities needed for three nights. We prefer not eating out all of the time and the kitchenette served our needs. Communication was good prior to the stay. The bed is VERY comfortable. The water temperature and pressure were good. Having recycling as an option for items we do not consider trash was appreciated. Already we plan to stay here in August when taking our daughter to school.……

Our entry code didn’t work and property staff saved us by giving us another code after they found me sitting in the hallway very frustrated. Owner didn’t return my call for an hour and a half with just an apology for the inconvenience. No mention of any compensation for our trouble which would have been appreciated. We were there in July and with no air conditioning, 5th floor/west facing room, one small window and……

“This was perfect for my family of 4 (two adults, two teen boys). It was great having two full bathrooms. We cooked and ate most of our meals in the condo. I had to get a little creative with just one burner to cook on, but we did quesadillas, tacos, chili, etc. The kitchen needs a few things to make it easier to cook (strainer/colander, paring knife, new can opener) but we were able to make do. The location to the base area and slopes is phenomenal! It took only about 5 minutes to walk to the……
