"Very clean, well-appointed, nicely renovated, everything works, and it is as it appears in photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bedroom is very small, and doesn’t have windows, so it’s a little warm in the summer (without AC), but they provided two fans which kept us cool enough. Parking in the garage. Good communication with host. Aspen is notoriously expensive, so this may be one of the better values in the area. WiFi worked smoothly."

"The listing states it has air conditioning which is false. There are ceiling fans only. The place was clean and the room service very good. We enjoyed the balcony which was equipped with two chairs and a small table. Overall, our stay was comfortable. The parking for the condos is very tight. I would suggest driving a smaller vehicle to make it easier to get in and out of the parking lots."

"Our family of four, two teenagers stayed for some spring skiing. The location was perfect for walking into town, easy parking out front, close to river or creekside trails and nice clean place. The bubbling river soothing noise was a nice surprise. "
