“It smelled a little odd when I first got there but that went away after I turned on the A/C. The apartment appeared very clean, however. As of 4/8, the mattress has two massive, body-shaped divots that you migrate into no matter what; the couch is hard, lumpy, ripped and stained. TV works well, A/C works well and there is a nice stock of soaps, towels and linens. I didn’t use the fridge or freezer but they appeared functional. The bikes each had a low tire and no pump is available in-unit. ”

“The property as described is in a quiet area near Paseo. The property was super clean and just what we needed after our lengthy delayed flight. We found it to be very close to Devon Park for the WCWS which was an added bonus.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. We rented both unit A and B, 6 people and a pet from Sun- Fri. Unit B:Had a allergic reaction as soon as we accessed unit. Purchased a humidifier and things eventually settled. The unit smelled like smoke. The walkway leading to the unit was not very clean or pleasant (smelled). There are stray pets throughout, making it difficult to walk our pet. The backyard space was no good even for pets- it was unkept. Contacted the company, and was first told I……
